With a succession of online ventures, entrepreneur Alok Chawla is presently running Gizmobaba.com, an etailer of electronic gadgets which was launched in September 2012.

Gizmobaba provides products that are generally not available at electronic stores like teeth whiteners, head massagers, caps with solar powered fans. A majority of these goods are sourced from China which also consists of premium products like Apple's iPhones that are made in China as well. Although, sourcing quality products was Chawla's biggest challenge, they managed to device as strategy to grow in volume with limited offerings. They would then utilize the leverage sales bargain with other manufacturers. Chawla said that the company is now clocking sales of Rs 25 lakh a month.
