Bangalore: Kalaari Capital an investment company which focuses on investing early stage startups and companies has closed its $150 million fund. The fund would be utilized to invest in companies across various sectors such as Mobile and Telecom, Ecommerce, Education, Healthcare, Media etc reports dealcurry.com.



This Bangalore based venture capital fund has an advisory team which consists of Vani Kola and Kumar Shiralagi, MD from IndoUS Advisors and Rajesh Raju, this team focuses on investing in early stage technology oriented companies in India.



The team of Kalaari Capital has advised investments in over 35 companies since 2006 and continues to assist and help companies capture new markets, providing them with great assistance and innovative solutions and by thus creating new wealth for India.



Kalaari Capital has made several investments in the recent past in companies including Lapis/Hushbabies, Magzter, Mettl, Hands Free Networks, Simplilearn, Urban Ladder, Vyome, Zivame and is also actively considering various other opportunities for investment. The company makes investment ranging between $1 Million and $5 Million.
