These startups have managed to advance ahead in a very short span of time after its inception. Capillary Technologies, which has been working on artificial intelligence, and Ezetap that develops software and hardware solutions, have all been contributing much to the vertical. Capillary Technologies

The Bangalore based startup has been effectively deploying their product code named as Capillary’s Intelligent Customer Engagement Suite. The firm has integrated solutions all that a retailer wants to engage with their customers into the suit, effectively. Optimized social media and smart device experiences incorporated by the startup is helping the retailers as well as the budding firm to shoot up. Founded in 2008 by IIT-Kharagpur graduates Aneesh Reddy, Krishna Mehra and Jay Modani, the startup has managed to rope in some of the big names including Nike, Puma, pizza hut, and Mark and Spencer.
