Bangalore: Kolkata based ‘Flymyfood’, is all geared up to serve you with the delicious no matter whether it is Hyderabadi biriyani or the mouth watering sweets exclusively available in Kolkata. The startup delivers food items that your taste buds are craving just in 24 hours from any corner of the country, reports YourStory.

Founded by Ankit Singh Abhishek Dubey and Achyut Bihani and Abhishek Borar who are graduates from IIT Kharagpur, Flymyfood’ took off ground in 2013. The startup ensures that the authentic Indian dishes of a particular place are not constrained within the city and rest of the world too gets a chance to taste it. The modern packaging technology together with the super fast logistics and a thorough understanding of the customers has assisted a lot in pushing the venture to new heights.

As students the founders of the budding venture missed the homely food very badly and were what lead to the inception of flymyfood. “We are a bunch of passionate foodies looking to solve a critical problem,” says Ankit. The startup is incubated at STEP, IIT Kharagpur’s in-house incubator and is mentored by a member of the Indian Angel Network. “We recently pitched at hot pitch in TiECon Kolkata, and are in talks with different investors,” adds Ankit.
