Bluegape Raises Funds From Angel Investors


Bangalore: Bluegape, a Delhi based online fan merchandising and apparel store has procured an undisclosed amount in angel funding from Aniket Khera, Rahul Bhatia and an internet entrepreneur. The company plans to utilize the funds to tie-up with more brands and also to enhance their logistics and warehousing.

Founded and incorporated by Sahil Baghla and Ayush Varshney in August 2011, Bluegape provides people with the liberty of designing and customizing T-Shirts, Mugs, Laptop Skins, Cushion Covers and many more.

Bluegape had previously raised funds from Times Group investment arm TLabs. The company claims to ship over 5000 orders every month. Bluegape while founded was an online poster startup which diversified its operations to what is seen on the website today. The company has a target group between the age of 18 and 20. Interestingly, Bluegape is in talks with yashraj films and wildstone to launch their own fan merchandising store.
