Big Companies Accused Of Stealing Other's Innovation


Fremont: Apple, Samsung and several big corporates are accused of stealing the big ideas from other enterprises. In this world of tough competition, where no one wants to stay behind their competitors and willing to come up with new and innovative ideas, sometimes they need to face such allegations. Winkelevoss Brothers Accused Facebook

The founder of the company Mark Zukerberg is accused of stealing the idea of Winkelevoss twins. Just after a week of launching the site, Mark was accused by three Harvard seniors of having stolen the idea from them. This allegation bloomed into a full-fledged lawsuit accusing Mark and Facebook for theft and fraud.

However, a federal appeal stamped “The End” on the lawsuit stating that the duo have to stick with the deal they struck with Facebook as they were smart enough not to be duped.
