#2 Never do everything on your own

Your business may have a whole lot of your ideas mixed with some other’s few thoughts. But every inch and second cannot be your opportunity in trying to give out the best product and service. This will show that you least trust your teammates and subordinates.

Learn to trust the people who work with you or, you need to pick and place those that suit your mindset after all.

#1 Know your market

Identify your market segment. Once you have got the right segment, you can organize field tests and surveys to know them better.

Your product can gradually shift target and you need not stick to them forever.

Always keep an open approach, because there are unpredictable situations and unlikely people.
