A refundable amount of 10,000 needs to be deposited by tenants under a 'no questions asked' policy by Zenify. Once the booking is done the amount is refunded within 48 hours. The online platform assimilates the agreement terms and house maintenance, and includes them under the brand name of Zenify homes. Zenify so far has over 1,000 apartments under its brands name. The user friendly website displays information on the property, the deposit amount and the granted amenities. The user base for this website has reached 6,000.
