The app Flatchat allows land lords to interact with their potential flat tenants and chat with them. The app has filtered the users into 3 sections- the owners, the tenants (looking for PG and room sharing flats) and seekers (looking for places in your area). The distinctive feature of Flatchat is the personal assistant, Flatchat Assistant, that has a solution to all the queries of the customers.  Rental agreements are delivered to customers on stamp papers and if the customer crack a deal they need to conclude paying a charge of 299 to the startup.
