Likewise, a startup entrepreneur must have the abilities to form a genuine team. He must closely observe the potentiality of each individual and assign appropriate work. An entrepreneur must not only understand the worthiness of an employee but also ensure that he doesn’t pressurize his employees a lot because the concentration shifts from business to job security. It is always better to run an organization with free flowing ideas than taking up a rigid business model.

Trust yourself

At times there will be some intense situations in the battle field and a soldier will not have much time to think, maybe less than 2 seconds. In such scenarios, a soldier must go with only his inner instinct than taking time to think and react.

In the startup eco-system sometimes you tend to make mistakes but that does not really match the life and death situation in the battle field. Every situation would be unique and every problem will have a different solution. Hence, a careful planning is required before moving on to the next step. But, if in case the situation needs immediate attention, an entrepreneur must never flinch and must go forward with his inner instincts than taking opinions from other and face the consequences (positive/negative) all by himself.
