Snapdeal's acquisition of FreeCharge marked the biggest deal in the Internet space in India this year. The company was reportedly valued at $400 Mn. This big acquisition was followed by that of Unicommerce, provider of multi channel order management software and RupeePower, one-stop personal finance platform in March. The strings of acquisitions included tech startups like MartMobi, LetsGoMo Labs and Reduce Data.
