3: Most of these are not entrepreneurs. With due respect to the outstanding women who are featured ehre, they are executives. Has SiliconIndia lost the flair in english? or is it because "Entrepreneur" is a french word?

5: The word entrepreneur is being misused. An entrepreneur is a person who manages a business with considerable risk and initiative. These people are typically managers. They have no ownership (besides stock) and are not owner managers...

Completely agree with Kumar. These women are managers of already established company. Some one give us a list of ladies starting and successfully going on with their own companies
