David Karp: CEO Tumblr featured in J.Crew ads

The young CEO of Tumblr, David Carp is coming up in J.Crew’s advertisement.  Rather than going through the conventional way of taking professional models, the ad will feature Carp and other prominent figures like Virginie Mouzat, deputy editor of the French daily newspaper Le Figaro, and Matthew Moneypenny, CEO of image licensing agency Trunk Archive, reports Inc. Carp showed up for a Japanese apparel brand Uniqlo in 2011. Yes, there is a life outside the conventional work life, is what Karp proves.
