Star Sports, the official broadcaster of ICC events, has set a new viewership record for the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) Final 2023. As per BARC data for live broadcast across U+R, 2+ audience, 124 million viewers tuned in to watch the live broadcast of ICC WTC Final ‘23, the highest ever reach garnered for any test match and 32% higher than the previous ICC WTC Final ’21 between India and New Zealand.
The broadcaster has also clocked an impressive 14.4 billion minutes of watch time for live broadcasts, surpassing the billion minutes garnered for the previous edition of the ICC WTC Final and any other test match in history.

Disney Star had roped in 28 sponsors across TV and digital for the event. Star Sports Network, the company's TV sports brand, has roped in 15 sponsors and 40 advertisers, while its streaming brand, Disney+ Hotstar, has signed up 13 sponsors. Star Sports’ sponsors include Bajaj Allianz, Layer'r Shot, Pokerbaazi, MRF, Samco Securities, Jindal Panther Steel, Ultratech Cement, DBS Bank, Atomberg Technologies, Maruti Suzuki, Charged By Thums Up, Hero Motocorp, Cadbury Dairy Milk, Livguard Energy Technologies, and Allied Blenders and Distilleries.
Disney+ Hotstar has roped in Baazi Games as a co-presenting sponsor and ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund as the co-powered sponsor. Bajaj Allianz, Scaler Academy, Policy Bazaar, Paisa Bazaar, Club Mahindra, Coca-Cola, HSBC, Maruti Suzuki, Uber, L’Oreal, and Castrol have been signed as associate sponsors.
