Mobil India Names Wrestling Champion Bajrang Punia as the New Brand Ambassador for its Commercial Vehicle Lubricants

One of the leading companies in distribution, sales and marketing of branded lubricants and specialities, ExxonMobil’s Mobil India has appointed wrestling champion Bajrang Punia as the new brand ambassador for its commercial vehicle lubricants’ segment. It was Mobil’s passion for always high quality performance that made the association with the champion. Punia will be the brand face of Mobil India in the upcoming promotional and marketing initiatives.

Commenting on this occasion, Bajrang Punia, says, “I am honoured to be associated with Mobil India, a brand that shares my passion for high performance. I am particularly delighted to be their first brand ambassador for the commercial vehicle lubricants’ vertical and look forward to an exciting journey together”.

Bajrang Punia created headlines in 2018 after winning gold medals in the Commonwealth and Asian Games, and a silver medal at the World Wrestling Championships. After starting wrestling at the age of 8, Bajrang Punia is the reigning Indian and world number one in the men’s 65kg freestyle category.

Formed in 1999, ExxonMobil is an American multinational oil and gas corporation headquartered in Texas. ExxonMobil contributes to programs in India that support education, health and the community. At its technology center in Bengaluru, it also conducts chemical product application support services and product testing support.
