Jio Partners with KRAFTON to Launch India's First Mobile Gaming Data Pack for BGMI Fans

In a groundbreaking move, Jio has announced a strategic partnership with KRAFTON India, the publisher of BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI), to launch the country’s first-ever mobile gaming-specific data plan. This exclusive offering, priced at Rs 495 per month, is designed to empower India’s rapidly growing gaming community with seamless connectivity and unique in-game rewards.
The newly launched Jio Gaming Pack aims to redefine mobile gaming by bundling high-speed 5G data, cloud gaming access, and premium BGMI content into one affordable recharge. It marks the first time a telecom operator in India has introduced a plan dedicated solely to gamers, reinforcing the surge of mobile-first gaming culture across the country.
Seddharth Merrotra, Head of Business Development and Partnerships at KRAFTON India, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration. “BGMI has evolved into a cultural phenomenon with over 200 million downloads.
