Hashim Amla could be easily given the title of being the calmest man on a cricketing field as he has monk-like patience. A man for all seasons, Amla has been scoring consistently for the Proteas since the past few years and it is difficult to tell which season was the best for him. However, by looking at his career, the statistically best phase of Amla came in 2010, when he garnered 1249 test runs at an average of 78.06 while also establishing himself as an ODI player by scoring five centuries with a good strike rate.
