Suzuki Launches ATVs in The Indian Market


BENAGLURU: The international auto giant Suzuki Motors has decided to roll out the All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) in India. The official news was recently announced by the company in India and is all set to unveil two of the ATV models to the Indian market and is expecting a good response with the sales, as reported by the ET Auto.

Suzuki Motorcycle India (SMIPL), which is an Indian a subsidiary of Japan based Suzuki Motor Corporation, launched the Ozark 250 and Quadsport Z400 at Rs 5.45 lakh and Rs 8.50 lakh respectively.

Ozark 250 which seems to be a basic variant comes with a automatic clutch, class leading performance, low-maintenance design and a newly revamped design adding catchy looks to the vehicle.

On the other hand The Quadsport Z400 is a power packed vehicle that will perfectly ride on any terrain. The fuel injection is inspired from the Suzuki super bikes, along with few other technologies and also features a sporty chassis, torquey performance, fine power-output and quick throttle responses too.

Initially the company has decided to sell the vehicles only in listed cities through its outlets namely in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, and Jodhpur.

Since Suzuki is the first brand to develop ATV vehicles in 1983 and came up with well developed models in 1985, the company is recognized as a pioneer among the ATV manufacturers.

Managing Director of Suzuki Motorcycle India Masayoshi Ito said "With the goal of expanding our product line in India, we have decided to launch two of our popular ATV models in the market, hence showcasing our expertise across various categories, we intend to make a strong foothold in this growing market and pave the way for future launches in India."
