3. Chevrolet Enjoy

General Motors India launched its multi purpose vehicle Enjoy at an introductory price between 5.49 lakh and 7.99 lakh. The company has been completely relying on its launches like Enjoy and Sail to gear up its sales.

The vehicle has been competing with Maruti Suzuki India's Ertiga, which is priced between 5.98 lakh and 8.7 lakh.

The Enjoy is available in both petrol and diesel options. The petrol version is powered by a 1.4 litre engine and the price ranges from Rs 5.49 lakh and Rs 6.99 lakh.

The diesel variant has a 1.3 litre engine tagged at 6.69 lakh and 7.99 lakh. The vehicle has 7-seater and 8- seater options.

General Motors India reported a 39.82 per cent increase in sales at 8,500 units in May 2013. The company had sold 6,079 units in the same month of 2012, General Motors India said in a statement, reports PTI.

The sales during May 2013 included 1,506 units of Beat, 2,851 units of Sail, 2,177 units of Enjoy, it added.
