# Tata Indica: The Most favorable cabbie car, the Tata Indica is most grand offering in the 90’s in the hatchback segment. This was the car that actually put the manufacturer on the map as far as the passenger car market in India was concerned.

The Indica survived through many new models like the Vista and it will be manufactured along with the Bolt for some time in the next year. But the Indica will meet its end in 2015 and the Tata Kite hatchback will be the replacement for it.

# Tata Indigo eCS: The Tata Indigo eCS is one of the hottest sedans in the segment and was the first sub 4 Metre sedan in India. The next year the car is set to be replaced with the company’s Kite based sedan.

The Indigo was launched in 2002, and was initially launched with a Turbo diesel and Petrol engines where the intercooled 'TDI' Engine and the Dicor engines came added to it later.
