BAXY Mobility Launches New Electric Three-Wheelers in India

BAXY Mobility, a subsidiary of the BAXY Group, is introducing a new range of electric three-wheeler vehicles as part of its efforts to solidify its position in India's growing electric vehicle market. It offers both passenger and cargo models, using lead-acid and lithium-ion technologies. The vehicles are being offered in different configurations-to suit the needs of customers and provide a range of options based on cost and performance requirements.

In particular, BAXY Mobility was actively involved in last-mile delivery and shared mobility solutions with experience both in manufacturing electric and internal combustion engine (ICE) three-wheelers. The latest announcement of an electric three-wheeler lineup by this company is in further coherence with the commitment towards India's sustainable transportation.

Shiv Bakshi, Managing Director of BAXY Limited, expressed the significance of the launch, stating, “This launch is an important step for us as we continue to work toward making sustainable mobility accessible to more people in India”.

The new electric three-wheelers are positioned as energy-efficient alternatives to traditional vehicles, with a focus on affordability and environmental responsibility. The launch event, titled 'Charge karo, chal pado', showcased the new vehicles, highlighting their potential to meet the demands of both urban and rural transportation markets.
