Bangalore: Many people end up going for the brand and not exactly for the features offered. In today’s world most people are brand conscious, and most of them swear by those big brands. But if one were to argue that those big brands never give full satisfaction, that person has to be nuts, cause they do. For the big brands like AUDI or BMW to continue on with the value they portray, out of the ordinary features have to be offered. But at the same time, smaller brands like Skoda or Honda actually offer equally good services and features, but not having the international brand value the bigger brands (AUDI/BMW etc) have.

Competition is at its peak, as there are plenty of car manufacturers in the market today. These car manufacturers make sure they leave their customers well satisfied as no-one can afford to lose the customers. People end up thinking that higher the brand, higher the value and services. But this concept is only true to a very slight extent. But if one were to compare a Skoda Superb (18L-22L ex showroom) to an Audi A4 (30L-36L ex showroom), that would be a real comparison, as both the cars offer equally good satisfaction and the same league of features, but still many people would argue for the Audi A4 because of the brand value.
