Stephan William Hawking, we all have heard of him, the greatest Physicist, whom we ever heard of and who gave the theory about the black hole, which is not black and the big bang theory, which tells how our world is created. He died at the age of 76 on 14th of March 2017.

He was a physicist at Cambridge University and also the author of the best-selling books like, The brief history of time: form Big bang to black holes, published in 1998. The book has sold 10 millions of copy that year after this everybody gets fond of Stephan Hawking. Due to this, a documentary was made about his life by Errol Morris, the name was "theory to Everything".

During his academic years, he spent most of the time researching space-time and black holes theories, he also wrote papers on that, while researching he found out that black holes emit radiations which were his biggest discovery, that radiations are named as Hawking Radiation.

At the early days of his graduation, he knew that he had an amyotrophic lateral sclerosis disease(ASL), due to which he had few years to live, because of this disease, he wouldn't control his fingers and eye movement.

He had produced some of the most cosmological researched about gravity and the properties of the black hole. His research has benefitted many scientists while exploring the other planets of the system and the Universe.

He is so in love with the cosmology that he didn't have time for other things . during an interview, he was asked by an interviewer why Black holes are named Black holes?  to he replied, "They are named black holes because they are related to human fears of being thrown into them. I understand them.I feel in a sense that I am their master."

He never stopped from keeping us amazed. He is one the greatest man, we ever had, who believed nothing can stop you from doing what you love to do even when you are physically disabled or not. If you have the spirit to it, you can do it.

"The Greatest Enemy of Knowledge is not ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge"
