Here's an easy and quick to make appetizing Smiles Canapé recipe for by McCain Foods Kitchen: Ingredients: McCain's Smiles, Lettuce, finely chopped Jalapenos, cheese slice, sour cream, sliced black olives, chopped pimento and chopped gherkins.



Process:



# Take out your McCain's Smiles from the freezer.



# Deep fry until golden.               



# Put the fries on a platter, layer with a leaf of lettuce, finely chopped jalapenos.



# Top it with a triangle cut cheese slice.
