Nation's First Integrated Private Health Line 24-7 Service, 'Watch Over You' Launched in NCR

Every year due to the lack of proper emergency care, India lose millions of lives and now ‘GIFT OF LIFE Foundation’ has introduced an application named ‘Watch over You’ with an aim for every life matter. It works on the model of tier 3 response services and it can be helpful when accidents, medical emergencies, personal safety incidents and more happen to anyone at anytime.

Commenting on the launch of the application, Vineet Jain & Sumit Gupta, Founders of the app, says, “Considering the statistics of crime and safety, this solution is very useful for women, children and elderly, who face instances of harassment, stalking, medical, possible physical violence and other issues which have the potential to harm their safety”.

As mentioned earlier, the app works on the model of 3 tier and in Tier 1, it helps to provide services from the government authority (Fire, Police, Women help and ambulance) reach for help, in second tier app creates a connection with colleagues, friends, relatives and social connects and in the 3rd and the most important tier ‘Watch over you’ has the facility of in house call center, trained agents and ambulances are dispatched to your rescue.

The working of the app is very simple, when the user press the SOS button, the app takes the location and sends it to the nearest Trained Responder and Ambulance who immediately leave to the location. Also, in the meantime the call centre will contact you and assess the level of emergency. While this happens, an alert is sent to your Emergency Contacts, Friends, Family members, Social contacts and interestingly, it also send an alert to the company HR and the colleagues.
