Anjum Anand: She is inspired by Indian delicacies and delighted by the fine history behind them. Gifted with looks and cooking skills, Anjum Anand was first among the food authors to create and write Indian recipes for the health conscious people. Her first book, ‘Indian Every Day Light, Healthy Indian Food’ was published in 2003. Bestselling books titled, ‘Indian Food Made Easy’ and ‘Anjum’s New Indian’ was published in 2007 and 2008 respectively. In 2010, she published lifestyle and diet book, titled ‘Anjum’s Eat Right For Your Body Type’ inspired by the principles of Ayurveda.
