Hyundai Motor India Launches the First Edition of Cross Country Drive - 'i-Drive India'

New Delhi: Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL), country's second largest car manufacturer and largest passenger car exporter, flagged off the first edition of its cross country drive 'i-Drive India' with the new special edition iTech i10. The flag off ceremony was held at Hyundai Motor Plaza, New Delhi.

The cross country drive with i Tech i10 will cover a distance of more than 9,000 kms over a period of 25 days through numerous destinations along the 'Golden Quadrilateral' route and will culminate in New Delhi on March 29, 2013. The Hyundai i10 has been one of the most successful flagship models from Hyundai's portfolio since its launch in 2007 and offers great styling, comfort, mileage, performance and reliability. Hyundai i10 has commanded unprecedented leadership, celebrating over 12 Lakh customers worldwide.

'i-Drive India's' route has been planned to explore the key iconic locations, myriad landscape and culture and diversity of India before reaching the final destination. During the drive the participants will traverse through diverse terrains high altitude mountainous terrains, beaches, flat highways, congested city roads and the interiors of India to showcase the durability, performance, reliability and fuel efficiency of i-Tech i10.
