"Flavours of Arabian Cuisine" at Mercure Hyderabad KCP

The festival will showcase an extensive range of dishes bringing together a   beautiful mix of food excellence and delicacies. The menu for the festival is curated by Chef Vamsi who comes with more than 12 years of experience in kitchen and is an expert at international cuisines. The evening will offer an array of specialities including Moutabal, Fattoush, Lamb sambousek Cheese fatayer, Spinach fatayer, Lamb kibbeh, Um Ali Halawa, Cheesecake under one roof.
