1: I Dont know what is the Aim of this Article .., clearly the person will not even try to follow any routine .., and not to mention lack of knowledge.., stair climbing is not a cardio exercise its just too hilarious .., if a person climbing 200 steps every day is not a cardio very good .., and u know what if in Gym if u follow regularly any haphazard routine with clean Diet u will get results .., its just being consistence,listening to body and being Mindfull
