#1 Volkswagen Vento:

The German car manufacturers Volkswagen has proved its strength and value in the Indian car market with their sheer technology and in-built features.  Lately the company has been giving stiff competition to some of the established car manufacturers like Honda and Toyota.

Launched in 2010, Vento is a premium luxury sedan that comes in diesel and petrol variants.

Interiors:

The all new Volkswagen Vento comes with amazing and stunning interiors that compliments its exterior. Engine and Mileage:

The Volkswagen Vento comes with the same engine as is available in Volkswagen Polo i.e. 1.6 L petrol and diesel engines. Both engines are capable of producing power of 105 PS. As the diesel engine generates a torque of 250Nm, the petrol engine generates around 153Nm.

The petrol variant is said to offer a mileage of 11.2 kmpl in the city and 15.83 kmpl on the highway while the automatic version gives a mileage of 14.4 kmpl. The diesel variant of the car delivers 20.54 kmpl mileage on highway and 15.8 kmpl in city.

Price:

The petrol version is tagged at 7.18 lakh to 9.38 lakh, while the diesel variant is tagged at 8.43 to 9.89 lakh.
