Hyundai also catches up with electric car bandwagon with a  teaser of the upcoming Ioniq. The novel car will be officially unveiled at Korean Motor Show in January and it will be showcased in New York and Geneva auto shows later 2016.

According to the reports, Hyundai will offer the new Ioniq with three options: Hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and all-electric. For all-electric variant, the company uses similar technology as Tesla Motors by relying on lithium-ion batteries.
