The Nissan Terrano is based on the highly popular Duster, which is the parent brand of Renault. However, the company has managed to come out with an entirely new car to make to look different and pepped up. Some of the latest features the SUV spots on its models are the newly designed bumper, with all new chrome grilles and headlamps, the rear also sports a sporty tail-lamps.
The Terrano is powered by the 1.5-litre K9K diesel engine, which is that of the duster with two power outputs that churns out 84bhp and 109bhp respectively. The only petrol variant of the SUV gets the 1.6-litre powered engines. The Terrano is devised to compete with the likes of Ford EcoSport, Renault Duster and Mahindra Scorpio.
