Tushar has his passion backed by formal education in transportation design from Turin’s Istituto Europeo di Design, Italy, one of the best design schools in the world. Soon after landing in New Delhi, he customized his own Harley-Davidson Iron 883 in 2013. Named “Nadia” this customized Harley gathered much applause from enthusiasts when showcased in various biker events across the country, including the famous India Bike Week. Driven by the confidence “Nadia” instilled, the successive year Tushar created “Chail” powered by Harley Davidson 883 super low engine, earning him a niche among the Indian custom-bike space.

Tarun Sidhu, PanjLoh Hand-Made Motorcycles

PanjLoh Handmade Motorcycles was founded in Melbourne, Australia by architects Tarun Sidhu and Aman Laungia. It operates from Bhatinda for the Indian market. As the name suggests the company rolls out custom made bikes built by hand which make take six to eight months. The makers opt for simple designs and clear lines, while drawing inspiration from local artisanal influences. To ensure high quality of their productions and of course, based on the budget of the client, hand etched leathers by Sialkot craftsmen and exclusive artwork and paint jobs from Italy and Turkey are optional.
