Bundesnachrichtendieenst (BND), which is Federal Intelligence Service, in English.  It is the federal external agency of Germany. It came into existence in 1956 and is known as one of the best and well-organized agencies in the world. This agency is called as early warning system of the German government. The main responsibility is to detect threats, gather intelligence data, and inform the German Government about all and possible terrorist and criminal activities. Safeguarding the people is its main priority; though this agency has been accused of spying on journalists. 

MOSSAD

Where: Israel

An Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations is an external Intelligence agency of Israel. It counts among the best and is also among the top-secret agencies. MOSSAD was formed in 1949 with some set objectives. The agency collects intelligence data, counter-terrorism, and carry-on covert operations. This agency has the main focus on Arab nations and its organizations. This has total eight departments assigned with special duties each. It takes up operations to protect Jews and their interests. In 1976, MOSSAD played a vital role in Operation Entebbe, the counter-terrorist hostage-rescue mission, carried out by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) at Entebbe Airport in Uganda and rescued kidnapped Israelis.
