Unicommerce CTO Bhupinder Garg Steps Down After Seven-Year Stint
Unicommerce Esolutions, a top e-Commerce enablement SaaS platform, has announced the resignation of its Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Bhupinder Garg, due to personal reasons. His last date of working will be April 15, 2025.
The company recognized Bhupinder's valuable contributions during his more than seven-year tenure, specifically in establishing a strong leadership team within the areas of engineering and product development. Under his direction, the company developed its technical infrastructure and further expanded its SaaS capabilities to help e-commerce brands, retailers, and logistics providers.
Unicommerce Esolutions provides a complete solution suite for streamlining end-to-end e-commerce operations. These include marketplace seller panel, multi-channel order management system, omni-channel retail management, warehouse management and inventory management systems, post-order logistic services, courier allocation, and payment reconciliation modules.
Financially, the company delivered a good performance during Q3 FY25. Its consolidated net profit jumped 63.4% year on year to Rs 6.34 crore from Rs 3.88 crore during Q3 FY24. Net sales also saw a good growth of 26.1% YoY at Rs 32.74 crore during the quarter ended December 31, 2024.
After the news, Unicommerce Esolutions' shares appreciated 1.65% to close at Rs 132.15 on the BSE. Nothing has been announced about Bhupinder Garg's successor by the company yet.
