Tenable Appoints Rajnish Gupta as Managing Director for India and SAARC

Cybersecurity firm Tenable has appointed Rajnish Gupta as Managing Director for India and SAARC, effective Monday. Gupta will spearhead strategic initiatives, oversee operations, and drive growth across business and channel activities in the region.
This appointment is part of Tenable's broader strategy to enhance its cloud capabilities and exposure management platform, which helps organizations identify, expose, and address cyber exposure gaps.
Nigel Ng, Senior Vice President for Tenable Asia Pacific and Japan, praised Gupta’s extensive experience across various sectors, including finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, and the public sector. Ng emphasized that Gupta’s deep cybersecurity expertise will be crucial for advancing Tenable’s growth and meeting the evolving security needs of clients.
Gupta brings over 30 years of IT and cybersecurity experience to the role. He previously served as the India Country Director for Palo Alto Networks' Cortex division and held a senior director position at Microsoft, focusing on cybersecurity. His appointment reflects Tenable’s commitment to strengthening its presence and capabilities in the Indian and SAARC markets.
