Teleservices Hiring Executives For Different Sectors Like Marketing And Customer Service



BENGALURU: E-commerce, which has been engrossing all  over the country with its business, is now starting to attract employees from other sectors too. Recently, E-commerce big players made headlines by hiring students from various Indian Institute of Management colleges across the country, but as per the telegraph’s report E-commerce big names are hiring employees from the telecommunication services.

According to the industry expert, E-commerce companies are looking for junior to mid level management employees and the companies are offering 20 to 30 percent higher salaries to attract the talented employees. Since, E-commerce firms, are now beefing up with funding and supports from the big players of the other industries too.

This news got the priority when the Reliance Group’s sister company ‘Jio Infocomm Limited’ hired around 20 employees from the Tata Teleservices. Jio Infocomm Limited is a company formed and supported by the Reliance Group to provide 4th Generation (4G) internet with LTE technology. Relatively Reliance has also launched an Android chat application recently with the same name Jio. Reliance Group is expected to hire more number of employees In the near future to design and run the pre launched projects.

The recent trend also shows that mid level and top level managers shifting in jobs, as Airtel's Products Head Anand Chandrasekaran and Senior Marketing Executive Govind Rajan joined Snapdeal. Chief Financial Officer of Aircel,  Anup Vikal is also supposed to quit and join E-commerce. Other than these three Airtel, Vodofone and Aricel have also lost employees to the top E-commerce companies.
