Tata Technologies Appoints Geena Binoy as Chief Human Resources Officer

Tata Technologies has announced the appointment of Geena Binoy as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The global engineering and product development digital services company confirmed Binoy’s new role in a recent statement.
Binoy, who is already a member of the company’s executive leadership team and oversees global delivery for digital enterprise solutions (DES), will now spearhead Tata Technologies’ human resources strategy. Her focus will be on talent supply chain management, talent development, and supporting the company's growth plans. In her new capacity, Binoy will also drive initiatives aimed at enhancing learning, innovation, and inclusivity within the organization.
Warren Harris, CEO and Managing Director of Tata Technologies, expressed confidence in Binoy’s appointment, stating, “As we enter a new phase of growth and innovation, our emphasis remains on cultivating a culture that aligns with our organizational goals. With Geena’s leadership, we are assured that our people strategy will effectively support our next growth phase”.
Binoy brings over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and technology sectors. Reflecting on her new role, she said, “I am excited to build upon the strong foundation established by Pawan Bhageria and ensure our teams continue to grow, innovate, and provide exceptional value to our clients”.
