TATA Projects Hired Over 50 Bright Engineers from top IITs

One of the country’s fastest-growing and most admired infrastructure companies, TATA Projects has hired 50 bright engineers from India’s top IITs – Delhi, Bombay, Madras, Kanpur, and Kharagpur. Around 600 of India’s brightest engineering minds participated in the selection process for the company’s flagship Executive Trainee Program.

The company offered the 1st and 2nd day lot during the current campus placement season in all the top IITs. However, the intensive Executive Trainee program is designed to prepare fresh graduates for project management and business leadership roles via structured training, cross-functional projects and on-the-job assignments. Besides, it adds opportunities to receive training at the world’s best institutions.

Tata Projects has bagged many marquee projects in the country and helps to grow the projects on timely execution. It also supports its growth and builds its talent pipeline, the company hired over 130 fresh graduates from IITs and NITs this year. Besides, TATA projects also pioneered several alternative construction techniques and commenced unique initiatives like ‘Green Thumb’.
