Tata International Names Rajeev Singhal MD
Rajeev Singhal has been appointed as the Managing Director of Tata International, the global trading and distribution arm of the Tata Group, effective Monday. Singhal steps into this role succeeding Anand Sen, who retired on March 31. With a background as the executive director and COO at Tata International, Singhal brings over 36 years of extensive experience to his new position. Noel N. Tata, the Chairman of Tata International, expressed confidence in Singhal's capability to lead the company to greater heights in its next phase of growth.
Singhal himself expressed optimism, stating, "With the support of the dedicated Tata International team, I am confident that we will continue to drive value for our stakeholders". His previous tenure at Tata Steel, where he held various positions, including as the vice-president of marketing and sales for flat products, has equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry.
