TAC Security Names Altaf Halde as Chief Business Officer
Cybersecurity firm TAC Security has named Altaf Halde as its Chief Business Officer (CBO), a move aimed at driving business growth and expansion through an upcoming initial public offering (IPO). Trishneet Arora, the Founder & CEO, expressed confidence in Halde's expertise, foreseeing accelerated growth for the company.
In his new capacity, Halde will lead the formulation and execution of business strategies while overseeing operations across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. With an MBA from Newport University, US, Halde brings over two decades of experience in cybersecurity across South Asian countries such as India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
Previously serving as Senior Vice President and Global Business Head at Network Intelligence, Mumbai, Halde also held the position of Managing Director at Kaspersky Lab, South Asia. His roles included spearheading the establishment and development of the company's IT services arm.
TAC Security recently submitted a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) to the NSE Emerge as it pursues growth opportunities. The company specializes in providing risk-based vulnerability management solutions, cybersecurity quantification, and penetration testing through a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
