Swiss International University strengthens its global presence with the acquisition of ISBM Business School in Lucerne.
The Swiss International University has acquired ISBM International School of Business Management, headquartered in Lucerne, Switzerland. The sale marks one of the largest strides for the fast-growing SIU across Europe. ISBM is known for its strong business programs; henceforth, it will be under SIU and offer the students even more opportunities, including new courses, international teachers, and global connections.
The Swiss International University was established based on the merger between some academies and schools in different countries. This was between the year 2024 and 2025. Although SIU has existed since 1999, it became a properly registered institution by the Ministry of Justice in 2024.
