Stanley Lifestyles Limited, one of India’s leading super-premium and luxury furniture brands, has appointed Venkataramana Seshagirirao Gorti, widely known as Venkat, as its Joint Managing Director. The appointment was announced on December 16, 2025, and marks a key step in strengthening the company’s leadership as it enters its next phase of growth.

With more than three decades of experience, Venkat brings deep expertise in business transformation, supply chain optimization, operational excellence, and product innovation. He has held senior leadership roles at global companies such as ABB, Oracle, GE, Flextronics, Wipro Hydraulics, Honeywell, and Homag, leading complex operations across multiple geographies and industries.

Commenting on his new role, Venkat said his focus will be on executing Stanley’s long-term vision while delivering consistent performance in a fast-changing business environment. He highlighted priorities including manufacturing excellence, vertical integration of the supply chain, talent retention, and building a high-performance culture. Digitalization, simplification, and standardization will also be key to ensuring agility and superior customer experience.

Founder Sunil Suresh expressed confidence in the appointment, noting that Venkat’s global exposure, people-first leadership style, and ability to scale businesses align well with Stanley’s long-term ambitions. He added that the company looks forward to working closely with Venkat to build a world-class luxury brand.
