Opener Tillakaratne Dilshan top-scored with 73 while captain Kumar Sangakkara made 54.
Earlier, Lasith Malinga (3/55) and Ajantha Mendis (3/35) took three wickets each.
Sri Lanka lost the 2007 World Cup final to Australia.
