SolarEdge Technologies, a global leader in solar inverters and battery energy storage solutions based in Israel, has announced the launch of its new Research and Development (R&D) and Technology Center in Bengaluru, marking a significant expansion of its operations in India.
The newly inaugurated facility aims to bolster SolarEdge’s innovation capabilities and strengthen its commitment to the rapidly growing Indian solar market. The center will focus on advanced research, product development, and technical operations, while also housing expanded support and engineering teams to deliver localized solutions.

SolarEdge entered the Indian market in 2017 and offers a wide-ranging portfolio of solar energy solutions, including PV inverters, power optimizers, battery storage systems, and a cloud-based monitoring platform, catering to residential, commercial, and small utility-scale projects.
