SIAL India and Vinexpo Unite, Global Culinary Summit with 30 Nations
SIAL India's 5th edition, a global showcase for food and beverages, co-located with Vinexpo India for wine and spirits, is taking place at Yashobhoomi, India International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC) in Dwarka, New Delhi. The event receives support from the Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) and the Forum of Indian Food Importers (FIFI), in addition to MoFPI.
As per the organizers, SIAL India garnered a strong industry response, featuring over 20 country ambassadors such as France, Italy, Greece, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, and Turkey. The event witnessed the participation of 300 exhibitors from both national and international domains, along with support from various sponsors.
The exhibition showcased new products, cutting-edge technology, and product innovations from countries such as Austria, the European Union, France, Greece, Italy, Iran, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Peru, Russia, South Korea, Tunisia, Turkey, Thailand, and the USA. SIAL India featured three event categories: SIAL Innovation, SIAL Conference, and SIAL Tasting Square. The main highlights revolved around global market development and engaging discussions with industry experts.
