With over 25 years of experience in driving business growth and transformation through a people-centric approach, Sandhyadeep brings extensive knowledge to the role. Prior to joining Unacademy, Sandhyadeep was the Chief People Officer at Sapphire Foods, where she was responsible for HR strategies across brands such as Pizza Hut and KFC. Before that, she oversaw organization development and effectiveness initiatives at Aditya Birla Group’s Retail Sector, which included Aditya Birla Retail (which is now More Retail), Pantaloons Fashion Retail, Madura Fashion and Garments, as well as stores and non-store facilities.
Sandhydeep Purri has had a diverse career spanning various sectors, including manufacturing, media and entertainment, consulting, information technology, and retail, with a global footprint across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North American markets.
