- PwC India launches Navigate Tax Hub, a GenAI powered platform for tax teams.
- The tool simplifies complex tax tasks like research, drafting, and compliance analysis.
- Part of PwC’s Vision 2030 to embed advanced tech in core business functions.
PwC India has introduced Navigate Tax Hub, a generative AI powered platform built to modernise tax and regulatory operations. Positioned as a 'GenAI colleague', the platform aims to improve accuracy and efficiency in routine tax tasks.
The platform combines PwC’s tax knowledge, proprietary AI logic, and trusted content sources like Taxsutra. It helps professionals with research, drafting submissions, preparing SOPs, and analysing tax implications in contracts and transactions.
Unlike general AI tools, Navigate Tax Hub is customised for tax use cases. It is trained on PwC’s internal methods and designed to reduce risks such as AI hallucinations.
PwC says the tool marks a shift in how tax teams operate, allowing smooth collaboration between humans and AI. It supports secure document integration, letting organisations use their own data while maintaining confidentiality.
Accessible via mobile apps and Microsoft Word plug ins, the platform supports anytime anywhere usage.
According to PwC leaders, this launch aligns with their Vision 2030 strategy to lead digital transformation. With tax laws getting more complex, they believe GenAI can help teams shift from basic compliance to strategic decision making.
