President Murmu Honors 17 Children with Rashtriya Bal Puraskar

The President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, had presented the prestigious Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar to 17 exceptional children from seven different categories for the exemplary work done by these kids. The award was presented at the Rashtrapati Bhavan Cultural Centre, that symbolizes the dignity of the nation and its honor.

While speaking at the function, President Murmu greeted the awardees and stated that the entire nation takes pride in the great achievements of these children. She praised the children for their exceptional contributions and underlined that their achievements have become an inspiration to many other young people in the country. The President pointed out the infinite potential and special qualities that these children possess and set an example for their fellow youngsters.

The President also spoke of India's long history of identifying and nurturing the talent of children. In a forward-looking statement, she said that by the year 2047, when India celebrates the centenary of its independence, these award recipients would be enlightened citizens playing pivotal roles in shaping the future of the nation. The President expressed her belief that these talented young individuals would grow to become the architects of a developed and prosperous India. The Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar is an honor bestowed upon the greatest of national honors given to children.
