PM Modi Distributes 71,000 Job Appointment Letters
Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed over 71,000 appointment letters to newly recruited individuals via video conferencing. In his address, PM Modi congratulated the recruits and their families, highlighting the vital role of India's youth in the country's development.
“Through Rozgar Mela, we are continuously working in this direction. Over the past decade, there has been a concerted effort across government ministries and institutions to create jobs. In the last 1.5 years alone, nearly 10 lakh youth have secured permanent government jobs”, he stated.
The Prime Minister contrasted current job creation efforts with those of previous administrations, asserting that the government provides jobs with honesty and transparency. “The development of any country happens through the strength and leadership of its youth”, he emphasized.
PM Modi also discussed transformative initiatives such as Make in India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and Digital India, designed to empower young people. He noted, “India has changed its policies in the space sector, boosted manufacturing in the defence sector, and created an ecosystem for start-ups, enabling youth to thrive in various fields”.
Additionally, he pointed out India’s emergence as a global leader in mobile manufacturing, renewable energy, and tourism. “India's youth are filled with self-confidence and are raising the flag of success in every sector”, he added.
Rozgar Mela, as highlighted by PM Modi, aims to provide meaningful opportunities for young people, enabling them to contribute to nation-building and achieve self-empowerment. This initiative aligns with the broader goal of building a developed India by 2047, placing talented youth at the forefront of the nation’s progress.
